Job Requirements

Minimum of two years restaurant, hospitality or retail experience
ServSafe certification required
Ability to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as the schedules are rotated
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to solve problems
Knowledge of financial statements and business operations

Job Qualifications

Additional operations and/or leadership experience strongly preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
ServSafe Certification required

Job Duties

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning
Manage and train staff to maintain high service standards
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including ServSafe standards
Monitor financial performance and analyze financial statements
Resolve customer issues effectively to maintain satisfaction
Schedule staff and ensure coverage during required shifts
