Job Requirements

- Proven experience in restaurant operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Willingness to jump in and assist in various tasks
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of P&L management and sales forecasting
- Ability to maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient business functioning
- Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong workforce
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards to deliver safe and delicious food
- Implement creative marketing strategies such as fundraisers and community engagement
- Manage profit and loss to meet financial goals and support growth
- Ensure excellent guest experience by leading customer service efforts
- Assist in operational tasks as needed to support restaurant performance
