Job Duties
- Lead all restaurant operations, including food production, guest service, and team management
- proactively manage all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
- oversee staffing and performance management
- train, coach, and motivate staff
- make business decisions related to inventory, budgeting, and food costs
- ensure food safety standards are met and exceeded
- maintain high standards of guest and employee safety
- oversee maintenance plans and operational needs to meet company standards
