Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years old
- ServSafe certified
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of profit and loss analysis
- Ability to handle multiple demands and shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts and times
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Willingness to comply with background check and drug testing
- Open availability
- Ability to maintain safe and clean work environment

Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers
- Train and coach employees to handle complaints courteously
- Conduct meetings for planning, training, and reviewing operations
- Develop and maintain sales through local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs to minimize impact
- Analyze profit and loss statements and take corrective actions
- Follow proper food preparation and service procedures
- Control inventory through an established system
- Use company-approved labor guidelines and develop labor schedules
- Adjust labor based on sales volume changes
- Manage daily bank deposits and cash control procedures
- Report accidents and incidents to Risk Management
- Maintain safe work environment and highest health department ratings
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and adherence to image standards
- Inform District Manager of hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files and post required federal and state posters
- Utilize preventive maintenance for buildings and equipment
- Attend scheduled meetings for training and operations review
- Perform required administrative paperwork
