Job Duties
- Work the front counter to ensure quality service
- Check product quality and communicate with customers to assure availability
- Train and coach employees in courtesy and complaint handling
- Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and operational reviews
- Develop and maintain sales using local store marketing
- Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs while analyzing profit and loss statements to take corrective actions
- Follow food preparation and serving specifications
- Control restaurant inventory through established systems
- Use company-approved labor guidelines and post labor schedules
- Adjust labor based on sales volume changes
- Manage daily cash control and make bank deposits
- Follow cash handling procedures as per employee handbook
- Report accidents and incidents to risk management timely
- Maintain a safe work environment and achieve high health department ratings
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and team image adherence to standards
- Inform Area Coach about hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
- Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking as per federal regulations
- Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
- Maintain personnel files in compliance with laws
- Utilize preventive maintenance for building and equipment repairs
- Attend scheduled meetings for planning, training, and operational reviews
- Perform all required administrative paperwork
