Job Duties

  • Work the front counter to ensure quality service
  • Check product quality and communicate with customers to assure availability
  • Train and coach employees in courtesy and complaint handling
  • Conduct meetings with team and management for planning, training, and operational reviews
  • Develop and maintain sales using local store marketing
  • Monitor utilities, supplies, and costs while analyzing profit and loss statements to take corrective actions
  • Follow food preparation and serving specifications
  • Control restaurant inventory through established systems
  • Use company-approved labor guidelines and post labor schedules
  • Adjust labor based on sales volume changes
  • Manage daily cash control and make bank deposits
  • Follow cash handling procedures as per employee handbook
  • Report accidents and incidents to risk management timely
  • Maintain a safe work environment and achieve high health department ratings
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and team image adherence to standards
  • Inform Area Coach about hiring, promotions, and employee status changes
  • Process payroll and maintain applicant tracking as per federal regulations
  • Conduct performance reviews and document disciplinary actions
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with laws
  • Utilize preventive maintenance for building and equipment repairs
  • Attend scheduled meetings for planning, training, and operational reviews
  • Perform all required administrative paperwork
