Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience as hotel general manager
- Valid driver's license
- Proficient in computer applications
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff members
- Ensure hotel is guest ready and maintain high cleanliness standards
- Manage guest reviews to maintain reputation
- Follow brand guidelines and meet operational deadlines
- Manage budgets, labor, occupancy, and profit and loss
- Promote property through community networking and marketing initiatives
- Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and cover employee shifts as needed
- Ensure security and follow emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
