Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid drivers license
- minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
- ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
- demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
- proven operating skills, financial and marketing acumen
- ability to influence, engage and motivate people
- self-motivated and results-oriented
- ability to take ownership of performance
- high energy with decisiveness
- ensure store managers are up to date on business procedures and guidelines
- oversee compliance reporting including OSHA and employee evaluations
Job Qualifications
