Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • possess a valid drivers license
  • minimum of 2 years general manager experience in food service and/or hospitality industry
  • ability to lead, influence and develop organizational capability
  • demonstrated strategic thinking capabilities
  • proven operating skills, financial and marketing acumen
  • ability to influence, engage and motivate people
  • self-motivated and results-oriented
  • ability to take ownership of performance
  • high energy with decisiveness
  • ensure store managers are up to date on business procedures and guidelines
  • oversee compliance reporting including OSHA and employee evaluations

Job Qualifications
