Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum four years of restaurant or quick service restaurant experience
  • familiarity with labor laws, health codes, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
  • proven leadership and team management ability
  • capability to analyze financial statements
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably four years of restaurant or quick service restaurant experience
  • previous general manager experience in the restaurant industry preferred
  • knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety and sanitation
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • ability to analyze profit and loss statements
  • excellent communication and organizational skills

  • manage overall operations of the restaurant including financial health and profitability
