Job Duties

Lead the experience by managing all aspects within the restaurant including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
Plan for success by proactively leading and managing all people processes such as recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
Oversee staffing and performance management of employees
Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high standards
Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering costs
Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald's standards of excellence
Maintain a high level of guest and employee safety standards
Oversee operational needs including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards
Inspire and empower employees to deliver exceptional service and uphold safety protocols
Take prompt action in resolving issues that affect restaurant operations and customer satisfaction
