Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hotel management or related field preferred
  • Minimum five years of experience in hotel management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage daily operations of a boutique hotel
  • Experience with financial management and budgeting
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
