Job Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum 8 years experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment
- Previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
- 10 or more years of profit and loss responsibilities
