Job Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years experience as a General Manager or Resort Manager in an upscale environment
  • Previous experience in a resort environment with seasonal business fluctuations preferable
  • Outstanding leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • 10 or more years of profit and loss responsibilities
