Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a hotel general manager
- knowledge of Hilton brand standards and operational procedures
- excellent communication and leadership skills
- ability to manage budgets and financial reporting
- experience in sales forecasting and team management
- strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven success as a general manager for 3 plus years
- Hilton brand experience is a plus
- strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
- detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- experience in group and transient sales processes and forecasting
- flexible, adaptable leader with a focus on achieving excellence

- Lead marketing and promotion efforts to enhance the property's reputation
