Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 4-6 years restaurant experience
- prior leadership role experience
- ability to work varied shifts and weekends
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of OSHA and safety regulations
- physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- basic math and computer literacy
- compliance with state alcohol service laws if applicable

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- recruit, interview, hire, and train employees
- plan, assign, and direct work
- appraise employee performance
- reward and discipline employees including termination
- address complaints and resolve problems
- foster a positive restaurant culture and high employee engagement
- coach and mentor team members to ensure success and guest satisfaction
- model professional behavior and create a warm, hospitable atmosphere
- communicate sales performance and anticipated variances to management team
- cascade corporate programs and initiatives to staff
- assist team members with duties as needed
- champion sales building activities and suggestive selling
- maximize table turnover, sales per guest, and sales per hour
- meet and greet guests and resolve service-related issues
- maintain efficient operations with appropriate cost control and profit management
- ensure compliance with OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety policies
- enforce safe work behaviors
- monitor food quality and cleanliness standards
- control cash, inventory, food and labor costs
- review financial reports and schedules and take appropriate actions
- manage food cost by adhering to recipes and portion control
- manage labor costs by optimizing schedules
- ensure proper use of restaurant equipment
- maintain facility and company assets
- perform all other duties as assigned
