Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
- Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain during onboarding
- Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
- Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
- Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
- Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food handling practices
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience

- Experience using a computer and POS system
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
- Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager
- Manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
- Communicate operational and human resources issues timely and effectively with District Manager
- Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
- Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
- Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
- Identify and resolve issues with food preparation and customer service
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards
- Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value
- Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- Maintain operational standards and communicate between General Manager, District Manager and team members
- Use company tools to coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive results through team collaboration
