Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification required or ability to obtain during onboarding
  • Experience using a computer and register (POS) system
  • Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights, and/or holidays
  • Ability to lift and carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
  • Ability to stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to maintaining hygiene and food handling practices

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of previous food service or restaurant supervisory experience
  • Food Handler Certification (can be obtained during onboarding)
  • Experience using a computer and POS system
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, late nights and holidays
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Duties

  • Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Wingstop
  • Responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling team members, in partnership with the District Manager
  • Manage team performance including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members
  • Communicate operational and human resources issues timely and effectively with District Manager
  • Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards are met
  • Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events
  • Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping
  • Identify and resolve issues with food preparation and customer service
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by enforcing sanitation and safety standards
  • Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of responsibilities and exploring opportunities to add value
  • Meet restaurant operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
  • Maintain operational standards and communicate between General Manager, District Manager and team members
  • Use company tools to coach and develop team members to ensure high performance
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen and drive results through team collaboration
