Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years minimum leadership experience including hiring, training, supporting, discipline, and termination
  • Previous management experience in health, wellness, fitness, or retail industry strongly preferred
  • Proven success in sales and team mentorship
  • Must possess excellent leadership and management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Flexible to work day, evening, and/or weekend hours as needed

Job Duties

  • Responsible for consistent reporting responsibilities including weekly trackers, monthly performance metrics (KPI’s) reviews, event recaps, ordering store supplies, inventory and equipment knowledge/maintenance
  • Tracking cadence and executing and coordinating the company’s marketing and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach efforts), working with AGM/Lead HWR with local grassroots marketing initiatives through community events, partnerships, B2B, and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Responsible for consistent and reliable scheduling of studio staff, tracking forecasted payroll expenses, and communicating additional scheduling and hiring needs to the Regional/Head of Medical
  • Driving sales through promoting and recommending memberships and service packages, teaching cross-promotion to the team members to build on their sales experience
  • Manage client accounts such as freezes/terminations and follow up on declination of auto-pays
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as directed by business needs
  • Ensure a consistently safe and clean studio environment for members and guests
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the vision, mission and goals of Restore, modeling our values and culture
  • Serve as an expert on Restore products and services to set an example and coach other team members technical skills, sales strategy and orientation toward hospitality and education
  • Interview and guide onboarding of new team members, planning, assigning daily, weekly, and monthly goals, and directing work tasks, facilitating growth and development internally
  • Foster a culture of five-star customer service, ethical sales approach, and teamwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service and work with Regional Manager to ensure high staff performance and career growth roadmaps
  • Assist with store operations including greeting customers, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using point-of-sale system, operating wellness equipment, laundry, and light cleaning
