Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
consent to background screening
able to walk and stand for extended periods
able to lift up to 50 pounds
possess all documents required by state and federal law

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
customer-focused
commitment to promoting proper procedures and food safety culture

Job Duties

Oversee restaurant's daily operations
maintain day-to-day financial controls
create and manage staff schedules
interview, hire, train and orientate team
oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
