Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
  • flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
  • consent to background screening
  • able to walk and stand for extended periods
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • possess all documents required by state and federal law

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
  • demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant's daily operations
  • maintain day-to-day financial controls
  • create and manage staff schedules
  • interview, hire, train and orientate team
  • oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
  • exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
  • ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
