Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license in good standing and access to reliable transportation
- consent to background screening
- able to walk and stand for extended periods
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- possess all documents required by state and federal law
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years or more experience in high volume food service concepts preferred
- demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant's daily operations
- maintain day-to-day financial controls
- create and manage staff schedules
- interview, hire, train and orientate team
- oversee coaching, counseling, and developing staff and managing team relations
- exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management
- ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met
