Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in hotel management or similar role
- Strong financial acumen and revenue management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must live within a 20-minute drive of the hotel
- Ability to pass background checks and driver approval
- Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel management software
- Ability to maintain compliance with employment laws and hotel policies
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a general manager or in a leadership role within the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including guest service, sales, marketing, and financial management
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
- Skilled in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and brand requirements
- Experience with staff training and performance management
- Knowledge of local community and networking skills
- Certification in food handling, CPR, and TIPS training preferred within 90 days
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

- Monitor group bookings and billing processes
- Network to assist sales efforts
- Ensure guest service representatives understand selling strategies
