Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry
  • Ability to work in hot and cold temperatures
  • Comfortable handling kitchen equipment and working near open flames
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Dexterity to handle kitchen tools
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a safe work environment
