Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • valid driver's license
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to speak and read English
  • basic math skills

  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • manage the restaurant floor and ensure regular contact with guests
  • maintain guest complaints within acceptable limits and handle concerns professionally and timely
  • recruit, train, and retain employees
  • conduct ongoing coaching and administer the restaurant hourly compensation plan
  • ensure food meets SOP specifications, recipes, plating, garnishes, temperature, and ticket times
  • maintain adequate levels of supplies including food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous items
  • order food timely and keep inventory to a minimum
  • oversee operational condition of equipment, building structure, and premises ensuring compliance with regulations and SOP
  • enforce sanitation and security measures
  • implement national and local marketing promotions
  • complete all required reports and paperwork
