Job Duties
- manage the restaurant floor and ensure regular contact with guests
- maintain guest complaints within acceptable limits and handle concerns professionally and timely
- recruit, train, and retain employees
- conduct ongoing coaching and administer the restaurant hourly compensation plan
- ensure food meets SOP specifications, recipes, plating, garnishes, temperature, and ticket times
- maintain adequate levels of supplies including food, paper, kitchen, safety, janitorial, uniform, linen, and miscellaneous items
- order food timely and keep inventory to a minimum
- oversee operational condition of equipment, building structure, and premises ensuring compliance with regulations and SOP
- enforce sanitation and security measures
- implement national and local marketing promotions
- complete all required reports and paperwork
