Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to comply with all company policies and legal regulations
Capability to provide leadership and motivate a diverse team
Commitment to upholding Wendy's brand standards and values

Job Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in restaurant management
Strong understanding of operational procedures and business objectives

Job Duties

Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers to exceed customer expectations
Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds business objectives every shift and day
Inspire team members to excel and advance their skills
Maintain Wendy's quality standards in every item served
Keep the Wendy's spirit alive within the restaurant environment
Manage all operations and staff including policy and procedure compliance
Ensure all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices are followed
Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
Create and maintain a people excellence environment
