Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to comply with all company policies and legal regulations
- Capability to provide leadership and motivate a diverse team

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to all crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers to exceed customer expectations
- Ensure the restaurant meets or exceeds business objectives every shift and day
- Inspire team members to excel and advance their skills
- Maintain Wendy's quality standards in every item served
- Keep the Wendy's spirit alive within the restaurant environment
- Manage all operations and staff including policy and procedure compliance
- Ensure all federal, state, and local laws and ethical business practices are followed
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and development to managers and crew
- Create and maintain a people excellence environment
