Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant management experience
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage inventory, labor, and staffing effectively
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to coach, train, and hold team members accountable
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, bend and reach overhead
  • Comfortable working in varying temperature environments and near open flames
  • Maintain near constant communication with multiple people
  • Comfortable working in tight or outdoor spaces

Job Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and develop team members
  • Proven track record in operational management including labor and inventory control
  • Customer service oriented approach
  • Problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience with Mediterranean or fast casual dining preferred

Job Duties

  • Develop yourself and others - focus on self-improvement while supporting the success of others
  • Lead your four-wall operation like you own it - from people development, to inventory, labor, staffing, and accountability
  • Put the customer first - including your internal customers, your team. You will be responsible for regular people planning, coaching, training, accountability, and when necessary, corrective action
  • Consistently create CAVA fanatics - find ways to say "yes" to every guest, inspiring your teams to do the same
  • Achieve results - take ownership of every shift and take pride in your job
  • Foster collaboration - work with others to find success as a group
