Job Requirements

5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
bachelor’s degree
ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
strong leadership and team management abilities
excellent customer service and communication skills
problem-solving and decision-making skills
physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
review and control labor costs and other expenses
manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
supervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards
manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction
help keep morale high for your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately
oversee the management and expansion of your center's food & beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center
