Job Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience related to full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- bachelor’s degree
- ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
- strong leadership and team management abilities
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- problem-solving and decision-making skills
- physical ability to walk, bend, stand for extended periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties
- Help develop financial operational plans/budgets and monitor their performance to achieve your center's financial goals, including driving food & beverage sales
- review and control labor costs and other expenses
- manage the day-to-day operations of your center, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team
- supervise and direct regular training for all staff members and ensure their proficiency in guest service, food & beverage operations, loss prevention, and company operating standards
- manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and offer direction
- help keep morale high for your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues as they arise
- achieve and maintain overall guest service goals and ensure customer complaints are resolved appropriately
- oversee the management and expansion of your center's food & beverage program, ensuring the highest quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction
- remain flexible to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by the center
