Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Five plus years of full service restaurant management experience
- Knowledge of full service kitchen, bar, restaurant, and food service operations
- Strong analytic and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage and develop teams effectively
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Develop and monitor financial operational plans and budgets to achieve center financial goals including driving food and beverage sales
- Control labor costs and other expenses
- Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, planning, organizing, and communication with team
- Supervise and conduct regular training for staff ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards
- Review center performance and conduct management meetings to adjust action plans based on profit and loss statements
- Address team morale and handle center-level HR or loss prevention issues
- Ensure guest service goals are met and customer complaints are resolved to satisfaction
- Oversee management and growth of Food and Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
- Maintain flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
