Job Requirements

  • Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and prepare sandwiches
  • Drive, determination, punctuality, and responsibility in working scheduled shifts
  • Three to five years leadership experience or equivalent education
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to work flexible hours and with diverse personalities
  • Satisfactory background check
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • Three to five years of experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity or equivalent education
  • Strong people-oriented relationship skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours and independently
  • Adequate driving record with valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Satisfactory background check
  • At least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
  • Ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
  • Maintain an inviting and positive family culture using coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring the right fit applicants
  • Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices
  • Ensure cleanliness and a safe environment using maintenance and food safety guidelines
  • Adapt to various situations to support team abilities and knowledge
  • Remain calm to help diffuse and resolve customer and employee issues
  • Execute marketing plans on time and accurately
  • Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals and take action to solve problems
  • Make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Have fun
