Job Requirements
- Desire to grow and succeed in personal and professional development

- Three to five years leadership experience or equivalent education

Job Duties
- Inspire and support your team to provide their best service to customers
- Ensure the restaurant has adequate capacity by generating weekly schedules
- Maintain an inviting and positive family culture using coaching, disciplinary measures, and hiring the right fit applicants
- Oversee and participate in routine ordering and inventory practices
- Ensure cleanliness and a safe environment using maintenance and food safety guidelines
- Adapt to various situations to support team abilities and knowledge
- Remain calm to help diffuse and resolve customer and employee issues
- Execute marketing plans on time and accurately
- Review profit and loss statements and progress toward goals and take action to solve problems
- Make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers
