Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • must have a passion for hospitality
  • results driven, trustworthy, and team oriented
  • food manager certification
  • bachelor’s degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field preferred

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans to reflect sales climate and performance
  • drive top line sales by delivering stellar experiences and leadership
  • control costs by managing expenses and creating systems for others to manage
  • ensure proper labor management with accurate sales forecasting and schedule review
  • maintain a safe, well-manicured restaurant both front and back of house
  • partner with Chef de Cuisine to deliver a scratch menu for daily dining and events
  • lead Bar Manager in curating craft cocktails and Tequila program
  • collaborate with leadership for innovative dining experiences
  • hire, train, and retain top hospitality talent
  • execute onboarding and orientation
  • foster a luxurious, supportive team culture
  • provide fair, consistent coaching and feedback
  • develop team to own areas of responsibility and performance standards
  • oversee manager meetings sharing sales and financial results
  • hold one-on-one meetings to review progress and goals
  • grow internal talent for succession planning
