Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
  • Must have a passion for hospitality
  • Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
  • Ability to create and adjust operating plans
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans
  • Drive top-line sales performance through exceptional guest experiences and strategic partnerships
  • Manage controllable expenses and establish systems for cost control
  • Forecast labor needs and review departmental schedules weekly
  • Maintain a safe and well-organized restaurant environment
  • Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver high-quality menus and beverage programs
  • Hire, train, and retain talented team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Develop managers to own areas of responsibility and set performance standards
  • Lead manager meetings and conduct one-on-one reviews
  • Foster innovative experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and sales
