Job Requirements
- 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience in high volume, full-service environment
- Must have a passion for hospitality
- Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented
- Food Manager Certification
- Bachelor's degree or certification in hospitality or culinary field is preferred
- Ability to create and adjust operating plans
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Job Duties
- Create, present, and adjust yearly and quarterly operating plans
- Drive top-line sales performance through exceptional guest experiences and strategic partnerships
- Manage controllable expenses and establish systems for cost control
- Forecast labor needs and review departmental schedules weekly
- Maintain a safe and well-organized restaurant environment
- Partner with culinary and bar teams to deliver high-quality menus and beverage programs
- Hire, train, and retain talented team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Develop managers to own areas of responsibility and set performance standards
- Lead manager meetings and conduct one-on-one reviews
- Foster innovative experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and sales
