Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow including managing field crews equipment and resources
- Lead mentor and motivate a team of skilled technicians and office staff to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Maintain a strong commitment to customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery and addressing customer concerns promptly
- Manage projects from start to finish ensuring timelines budgets and quality standards are met
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand the companys market presence
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed providing a safe working environment for all team members
- Oversee inventory control and procurement to optimize resources and minimize waste
- Monitor and manage budgets financial reports and key performance indicators KPIs
