Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the food service industry

Job Duties
- Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
- Ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit
- Achieve or exceed restaurant business objectives every shift
- Inspire team members to go above and beyond
- Maintain Wendy’s quality standards for every item served
- Uphold the Wendy’s spirit in the restaurant
- Develop team members’ skills and help them advance
- Create a customer-oriented, highly productive team
- Manage restaurant operations following company policies and ethical business practices
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew
