Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience in the food service industry
  • Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Provide vision and leadership to crew, shift supervisors, and assistant general managers
  • Ensure each customer’s expectations are exceeded every visit
  • Achieve or exceed restaurant business objectives every shift
  • Inspire team members to go above and beyond
  • Maintain Wendy’s quality standards for every item served
  • Uphold the Wendy’s spirit in the restaurant
  • Develop team members’ skills and help them advance
