Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality or property management
- Proven leadership skills managing onsite teams in a hotel environment
- Strong financial and P&L management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and team engagement
- Must have a valid driver’s license reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Ability to work 100% onsite in San Francisco
- Proficient in use of technology for operations and collaboration
- Availability for flexible working hours as needed

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management business administration or related field
- 5+ years experience in hospitality property management or guest-facing operations
- Proven success running large property operations managing front and back-of-house functions
- Strong financial acumen with budget management and revenue contribution experience
- Leadership experience in hospitality sales and team performance management
- Guest-obsessed mindset with ability to create personalized guest experiences
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
- High emotional intelligence with problem resolution ability
- Familiarity with operational platforms spreadsheets and virtual collaboration tools
- Openness to new hospitality models and evolving guest service approaches
- Enthusiasm for hospitality technology and real estate integration
Job Duties
- Directly lead and manage onsite teams ensuring exceptional hospitality experiences
- Set clear expectations and conduct regular site walks to evaluate operational execution and team performance
- Hold teams accountable for meeting brand standards and seamless guest interactions
- Champion a hospitality-first culture fostering memorable guest experiences
- Oversee guest services maintenance and property operations leveraging onsite and centralized teams
- Solve operational challenges by ensuring teams have proper tools training and processes
- Own and manage property P&L driving revenue growth and cost control
- Collaborate with revenue management for pricing and distribution planning
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures without impacting service quality
- Align financial goals with company-wide targets analyzing trends proactively
- Recruit train and develop a high-performing onsite team fostering accountability
- Provide coaching and mentorship empowering team members
- Partner with people operations for staffing retention and talent pipeline
- Lead as liaison between Kasa and property owners ensuring transparency
- Work closely with centralized teams for operational financial alignment
- Report on performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
