Job Requirements

bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
5 plus years of hotel leadership experience including general manager experience in a lifestyle or boutique property
proven expertise in food and beverage operations
experience in creating and executing entertainment and guest programming
strong financial acumen
excellent leadership skills
hands-on guest-first approach
understanding of the Nashville market is a plus

proven expertise in food and beverage operations with record of driving food and beverage revenue and excellence
experience in creating and executing entertainment and guest programming that resonates with lifestyle hotel guests
strong financial acumen and a data-driven approach to decision-making
excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
hands-on, guest-first approach with ability to lead by example and inspire at all levels
deep understanding of the Nashville market and local hospitality scene is a plus

Job Duties

oversee all hotel operations including food and beverage, entertainment programming, rooms, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources
lead development and execution of revenue-driving strategies with focus on maximizing food and beverage outlets and rooftop activations
create and execute signature entertainment programming to enhance guest experience and brand alignment
maintain an elevated guest experience through personalized service and unique lifestyle touches
cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability among department leaders and associates
build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, corporate support team, and local community partners
stay ahead of lifestyle trends and local market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning
monitor and manage budgets, forecast performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability
