minimum high school diploma or equivalent
previous restaurant experience
ability to lead and develop teams
knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
strong business acumen
ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Duties

deliver excellent guest experiences consistently
monitor sales forecasting and staffing needs
