Job Requirements
- At least six years of progressive work experience in food service leadership
- Proven experience in financial management and controls
- Advanced skills in budgeting, labor, and food cost management
- Ability to lead and develop staff effectively
- Strong knowledge of sanitation, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- At least six years of progressive work experience in a leadership position in food service management
- Proven experience in financial management and controls
- Advanced skills in math and financial management such as budgeting, labor, and food cost controls
- Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced food service operation
Job Duties
- Planning, organizing, and overseeing all activities and systems in the dining service and nutrition departments
- Functioning as the liaison in all administrative roles within the budget
- Assuming responsibility for budget development and compliance, sanitation, safety, regulatory compliance, menu development, and preparation and service of food
- Supervising staff and facilitating staff development
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations
- Managing financial controls including labor and food costs
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through quality service
