Job Requirements
- at least 18 years old
- prior experience in restaurant management
- ability to manage daily store operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- understanding of food cost control and labor targets
- ability to recruit and develop team members
- flexible to work early morning hours
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
Job Qualifications
- 1-3 years of prior General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a restaurant setting
- hands-on operator with leadership skills to motivate and inspire the team
- experience with food cost and labor target management
- skills in recruiting quality team members and developing internal talent
- knowledge of P&L analysis is valuable
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 4 am
- minimum age of 18 years
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of store operations with a treat it like you own it philosophy
- ensure the store is audit ready
- manage catering, mobile, and in-store orders
- provide exceptional customer experience
- float in various positions during rush periods
- manage team breaks and generate positive customer survey results
- close the store and prepare for the next day including deposits and inventory
