Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
  • lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
  • hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
  • maintain high operational standards in all aspects of the restaurant
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets
