Job Requirements

Job Duties
- run a profitable restaurant and ensure it meets McDonald's standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- set restaurant goals in collaboration with leadership and create plans to achieve them
- lead and support Department Managers by helping them set goals, monitoring progress, and providing coaching
- hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team
- maintain high operational standards in all aspects of the restaurant
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- monitor financial performance and implement strategies to meet targets
