Job Duties

  • Oversee restaurant operations including profit and loss management
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
  • ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
  • manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
  • implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
  • deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards
  • assist in daily operational tasks as needed
