Job Duties
- Oversee restaurant operations including profit and loss management
- hire, train, and develop restaurant staff
- ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained
- manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
- implement creative marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community engagement
- deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards
- assist in daily operational tasks as needed
