- Proven experience in the food industry preferably in a quick service fast food restaurant
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience as an assistant manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of culinary practices
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required a degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred
Job Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring efficiency productivity and high-quality products
- Supervise and train staff including assistant managers to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards
- Develop and implement effective shift management strategies to maximize sales and minimize labor costs
- Manage inventory ordering supplies and ingredients and maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- Lead the team in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about menu items and restaurant policies
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and leadership
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Manage banquet and special events ensuring exceptional service and attention to detail
