Job Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience including previous restaurant General Manager experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, computer operations
- ability to manage and direct the work of others, champion change, and a passion for training and developing your team
- ability to analyze a Profit and Loss statement

- oversee and lead the restaurant management team through training and engagement initiatives

- analyze Profit and Loss statements to optimize restaurant profitability
- cultivate community relations and organize fundraising activities
- mentor and develop staff to enhance performance and career growth
- maintain high standards of guest experience and service quality
