Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education and/or experience
Three to five years of guest service experience
Three to five years of prior management experience preferably in casual dining
Demonstrated ability to grow sales and manage profit and loss statements
Positive attitude and ability to handle highly difficult guest interactions
Must be 21 years or older
ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification a plus
Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication in English is required
Bi-lingual experience a plus
Reliable transportation and government-issued driver’s license required
Ability to work 50-55 hour work weeks with flexible schedules including mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to pass company background check
Passion for the industry

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt and friendly service
Builds a culture guided by the company’s Vision and Mission statements focusing on people, profits, and guest experience
Responds immediately to all guest complaints via verbal, email, or social media channels
Ensures high-quality guest experience through proactivity such as table touching and resolving issues
Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and maintains positive relationships with local authorities
Maintains inventory levels and assures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
Oversees scheduling and manage associates based on sales demand
Maintains safety and sanitation programs following company and government standards
Promotes restaurant cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
Manages community marketing to increase sales and brand awareness
Implements incentive contests and educates staff on promotions and menus
Manages performance of Assistant Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members
Oversees Front and Back of House operations including opening and closing procedures
Maintains quality standards and manages restaurant reports
Builds effective teams aligned with organizational goals
Operates with professionalism, ethics, and integrity as a role model
Develops team members and managers for career growth within the company
Performs other related duties as assigned
