Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Three to five years of guest service experience
  • Three to five years of prior management experience preferably in casual dining
  • Demonstrated ability to grow sales and manage profit and loss statements
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle highly difficult guest interactions
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • ServSafe Alcohol and Food Certification a plus
  • Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication in English is required
  • Bi-lingual experience a plus
  • Reliable transportation and government-issued driver’s license required
  • Ability to work 50-55 hour work weeks with flexible schedules including mornings, mid-day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to pass company background check
  • Passion for the industry

Job Duties

  • Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt and friendly service
  • Builds a culture guided by the company’s Vision and Mission statements focusing on people, profits, and guest experience
  • Responds immediately to all guest complaints via verbal, email, or social media channels
  • Ensures high-quality guest experience through proactivity such as table touching and resolving issues
  • Teaches and enforces alcohol awareness and maintains positive relationships with local authorities
  • Maintains inventory levels and assures product preparation and presentation meet company standards
  • Oversees scheduling and manage associates based on sales demand
  • Maintains safety and sanitation programs following company and government standards
  • Promotes restaurant cleanliness, organization, and sanitation
  • Manages community marketing to increase sales and brand awareness
  • Implements incentive contests and educates staff on promotions and menus
  • Manages performance of Assistant Managers, Associate Managers, Team Leads, and Team Members
  • Oversees Front and Back of House operations including opening and closing procedures
  • Maintains quality standards and manages restaurant reports
  • Builds effective teams aligned with organizational goals
  • Operates with professionalism, ethics, and integrity as a role model
  • Develops team members and managers for career growth within the company
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
