Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or marketing (preferred)
minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a high visitor volume environment
proven track record of achieving EBITDA targets for at least 2 years
ability to work with children and families considered a plus
strong business acumen and financial skills
