As a General Manager at Madame Tussauds Hollywood, you will be at the forefront of creating magical and unforgettable moments for visitors. This full-time role is vital in steering the operational effectiveness, guest satisfaction, and overall business performance of one of the region's premier attractions. Reporting directly to senior leadership within Merlin Entertainments, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the venue, driving revenue growth, and fostering a culture that prioritizes guest experience and team engagement. Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, from leading marketing initiatives and managing profit and loss to overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will champion a guest-first approach, using data-driven insights to anticipate market trends and customer needs. By implementing innovative marketing and channel strategies, you will safeguard the brand's image while attracting new audiences and expanding market share. Operational excellence is key to your success as a General Manager. You will deliver capital projects efficiently and manage budgets to ensure sustainable EBITDA growth and cost control. Leading a dynamic, high-performance team, you will foster employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning, while embracing diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEI&A), employee wellbeing, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or marketing (preferred)
  • minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a high visitor volume environment
