Job Duties

  • Lead day-to-day café and catering operations with a focus on quality, service, and efficiency
  • Manage the budget, forecasting, and financial performance of the account
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety, and client expectations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Federal Reserve Bank of Charlotte
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance service, programs, and overall satisfaction
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of one salaried manager and four hourly employees
  • Foster a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture
  • Support talent development, performance management, and succession planning
