Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry with financial responsibility
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service
- Strong team-building and communication skills
- Energetic, honest, and motivational personality
- Willingness to be hands-on and lead by example
