Job Requirements

Passionate about food and beverage
Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment
Minimum of 5 years leading a food and beverage team
Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
Expert in food and beverage operations
Strong leadership skills
Proven track record in guest and team member engagement
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and willing to meet demands of a 24-hour operation
