Job Requirements
- Passionate about food and beverage
- Minimum of 8 years of similar work experience in an upscale luxury environment
- Minimum of 5 years leading a food and beverage team
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus
- Expert in food and beverage operations
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven track record in guest and team member engagement
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible and willing to meet demands of a 24-hour operation

- Ability to work flexible hours in a 24-hour operation
Job Duties
- Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food and beverage service
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet financial and guest satisfaction goals
- Motivate and train team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment
- Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost control to maintain profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly and effectively
