This role is crucial to the overall success of the store, as the General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations. This includes managing costs, inventory, and ensuring food and safety standards are met rigorously. The General Manager will also lead recruitment, development, and retention efforts for the team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in management or similar role
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports

- Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
