Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
  • Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties

  • Responsible for everything during shift including cost controls inventory cash control and customer relations
  • Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
  • Manage staffing paperwork cost controls cash control food management and work to a schedule
  • Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
  • Deliver great customer service
  • Ensure attendance punctuality transportation to and from work and store cleanliness
  • Implement marketing strategies and ensure profitability
