Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Qualifications

Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and decision-making skills

Job Duties

Responsible for everything during shift including cost controls inventory cash control and customer relations
Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
Manage staffing paperwork cost controls cash control food management and work to a schedule
Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
Deliver great customer service
Ensure attendance punctuality transportation to and from work and store cleanliness
Implement marketing strategies and ensure profitability
