Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
- Previous experience in customer service or retail preferred
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work

Job Duties
- Responsible for everything during shift including cost controls inventory cash control and customer relations
- Set the example by following all policies and procedures 100 percent
- Manage staffing paperwork cost controls cash control food management and work to a schedule
- Maintain perfect image and adherence to standards
- Deliver great customer service
- Ensure attendance punctuality transportation to and from work and store cleanliness
- Implement marketing strategies and ensure profitability
