Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
  • Problem-solving decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience managing a P&L food cost and labor
  • Excellent verbal written and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Fast food quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school education or equivalent
  • Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team

  • Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
  • Experience managing a P&L food cost and labor
  • Ability to add subtract multiply and divide accurately and quickly
  • Excellent verbal written and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage store operations including cost controls inventory food image standards store cleanliness attendance and punctuality
  • Recruit develop and retain staff team members
  • Manage food safety and team member safety
  • Provide best in class customer service
  • Increase sales and profit potential
