Job Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
- Prior experience in a management role or similar experience
- Customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
- Problem-solving decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience managing a P&L food cost and labor
- Excellent verbal written and communication skills
