Job Requirements

  • High school education or equivalent
  • prior experience in a management role or similar experience
  • customer service experience
  • valid driver's license
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly

  • fast food or quick service restaurant experience preferred

  • experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
  • excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Manage store operations including cost controls, inventory, food quality, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance and punctuality
  • recruit, develop, and retain staff team members
  • manage food safety and team member safety
  • provide best in class customer service
  • increase sales and profit potential
