As a General Manager or Assistant Manager, you will be eligible for paid Family Bonding Leave of up to 12 weeks, immediate upon hire, underscoring Five Guys’ commitment to supporting its team members’ personal lives alongside their professional growth.

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards are met

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Implement and monitor customer service initiatives to guarantee satisfaction
- Conduct regular secret shop preparations and reviews to achieve bonus eligibility
