Job Requirements
- minimum age 18 years old
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years previous leadership experience in a related role
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry
- ability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
- good communication skills
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong work ethic
- physical stamina to maintain energy during fast-paced shifts
