Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
hospitality certification preferred
excellent verbal and written communication skills
ability to rotate shifts
reliable and punctual
ability to work in a diverse environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Provide hospitality and concierge services for guests entering the hospital
act as primary liaison for assigned entrance lobby
ensure excellent customer service for all guests
greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with information and directions
manage visitor inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
maintain lobby area appearance and safety
coordinate with hospital departments for guest assistance
