Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- hospitality certification preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ability to rotate shifts
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a diverse environment

Job Duties
- Provide hospitality and concierge services for guests entering the hospital
- act as primary liaison for assigned entrance lobby
- ensure excellent customer service for all guests
- greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with information and directions
- manage visitor inquiries and resolve concerns effectively
- maintain lobby area appearance and safety
- coordinate with hospital departments for guest assistance
