Job Requirements
- associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
- minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting or cashier role preferably in the hospitality industry
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- experience with accounting software
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- handle daily cash transactions and ensure accuracy
- prepare daily bank deposits and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- reconcile cash receipts with sales records and resolve discrepancies
- perform routine cash counting and reporting
- assist with financial audits and documentation
- communicate effectively with team members regarding cash handling procedures
- ensure compliance with company financial policies
